The Comprehensive Insurance Program provides insurance products and services, including poverty and rental income, boiler and machinery, crime, commercial liability, directors and officers liability, and volunteer accident.

Capital Regional District
The Capital Regional District (CRD) is the regional government for 13 municipalities and three electoral areas on southern Vancouver Island and the nearby Gulf Islands, serving more than 377,000 citizens. As a local government and shared services provider, the CRD develops partnerships to facilitate and deliver projects and services that benefit municipalities, electoral areas, First Nations and the region as a whole. In addition, the CRD owns and operates the Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC), a nonprofit provider of more than 1,200 affordable rental units in the region, and administers the Capital Regional Hospital District (CRHD). The CRHD invests in traditional health care service and provides capital funding for health care infrastructure such as health facilities and hospital equipment.
Kinetic Construction Ltd. is a Construction Manager and General Contractor with offices in Victoria, Courtenay and Vancouver. We currently employ 130 people and are owned by 16 employee shareholders. Kinetic has been in the business of construction for over 32 years. In the past 5 years, we have completed over 10 affordable housing projects for non-profits and are in pre-construction on two (2) more. We believe our major differentiator is our ability to provide pre-construction services, including cost estimating and constructability reviews.
