I'd like to subscribe - Please visit bcnpha.ca/stay-connected/  to subscribe to our e-newsletters (Housing Updates, Housing Updates – Education, Housing Bulletins), connect to our social media channels or get info on our mobile app. You can also login and visit the "My Account" section to update your preferences.


I'm getting to many emails - You can unsubscribe at anytime by logging into your account. Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page and then adjust your mailing preferences.

Account creation issues

The email already exists - If you've received this message then please visit the sign in page then click on the "Forgot Username", an activation email will then be sent to setup your account. If you are still unable to access or create your account after that then visit BCNPHA Account Assistance page so we can help you complete the account creation process.

The address you entered could not be found. Please review the address before proceeding. - If you receive this message simply continue with the account creation process by clicking on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.

Account locked out - Please visit the BCNPHA Account Assistance and one of our staff will be able to get you logged in.
