Green Asset Management - Winter 2021

Sustainable Buildings on strategies to reduce the impact that operating and maintaining affordable housing has on the environment. This online, facilitated course includes tools, practices and tips to increase sustainability, while reducing the negative effects of energy and water use and waste production. This course will help new and experienced property and building managers, maintenance staff, and administrators integrate environmentally sustainable practices into their existing operations and maintenance plans. This course can be completed in 8 weeks; however, participants have up to 3 months to complete.
